Park & Ride at Heathrow

You drive to the car park yourself, leave the car in a marked bay and keep your own keys. A shuttle runs between the compound and the terminal, typically taking around ten minutes. Because your car stays exactly where you left it under CCTV for the whole trip, Park & Ride is the option most travellers choose on price.

Allow extra time for the shuttle when you plan your arrival. If you are cutting it fine, Meet & Greet is the safer choice.

Meet & Greet at Heathrow

You drive straight to your departure terminal and hand the keys to an insured, vetted driver who parks the car for you. On your return the car is brought back to the same place. No shuttle, no waiting with luggage, and no walk from a remote compound.

One thing worth knowing before you book: the Heathrow short-stay car park charge is not included in a Meet & Greet booking. You pay that yourself on entering and exiting, currently around GBP 8.00 for up to 30 minutes each way, set by Heathrow Airport rather than by us. Your booking covers the parking service only.

Which Heathrow terminal do I need?

Heathrow operates Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Terminal 1 closed in 2015. Check your boarding pass rather than assuming, because airlines move between terminals and a wrong terminal on a Meet & Greet booking means your driver is waiting somewhere you are not.

Terminal is a required field when you book Heathrow parking with us, for exactly that reason.

Parking by Heathrow terminal

Each terminal has its own meeting point, postcode and level. Check yours before you travel:

How early should I arrive?

For Park & Ride, call the car park roughly 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive so a member of staff can meet you, and allow around ten minutes for the shuttle on top of your normal check-in time.

For Meet & Greet, call around 20 minutes before you reach the terminal car park so the driver is in position when you pull in.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Incoming flights are monitored, so an early, late or cancelled flight is usually known about before you land and the return time is adjusted. It still helps to call when you have landed and again once you have your bags, so your car can be brought forward.

Can I cancel a Heathrow parking booking?

Cancellation cover is available as an optional extra at checkout for GBP 2.00, and bookings covered by it can be cancelled subject to the notice period in force at the time of booking. Notice periods differ by operator, so check the terms shown on the car park you choose before you pay.
