Meet & Greet at Terminal 3
Follow signs for the Terminal 3 short-stay car park - sat-nav TW6 1QG. You meet the driver inside the airport's own car park, not at a parking company's office.
Once inside, follow signs for Level 4 and "Off airport parking", then park in Row A or Row B. Your driver meets you there, and the car is returned to the same place when you land.
Call about 20 minutes before you arrive so the driver is waiting rather than the other way round.
Park & Ride to Terminal 3
The compound is off-airport, so there are two legs: the free shuttle bus to Terminal 4, then Heathrow's free train from T4 to Terminal 3.
Around ten minutes for the shuttle plus the train and the walk at either end. Terminal 3 is one of the busier terminals, so give yourself more room than you think you need at peak times.
The Terminal 3 car park charge
Meet & Greet involves entering the airport's short-stay car park, and Heathrow charges its own fee for that - currently around GBP 8.00 for up to 30 minutes each way. You pay it at the machine on the way in and out. It is set by Heathrow Airport and is not part of your booking price.
Park & Ride avoids it entirely.
Is Terminal 3 my terminal?
Check your boarding pass. Airlines move between Heathrow terminals more often than people expect, and Terminal 3 in particular shares carriers with Terminals 2 and 4. If your pass is not to hand, Heathrow's website will tell you from your flight number.
Coming back to Terminal 3
Meet & Greet: call on landing so your car can be prepared, then again once you have your baggage so it can be brought to the car park.
Park & Ride: take the free train from Terminal 3 to Terminal 4 and pick up the return shuttle from the stop there.
