Heathrow Meet & Greet Parking

Hand your keys to an insured driver at your Heathrow terminal and walk straight to check-in. Your car is parked for you and brought back to the same place when you land. This week: 7 days from £81.60 across 4 car parks. That is the checkout price for a 7-day stay before optional extras, checked 7 October 2026. Your exact price depends on your dates.

How Meet & Greet works at Heathrow

You drive to your departure terminal's car park at the time you booked. A vetted, insured driver meets you there, helps with the luggage, checks the car over and photographs it with you, then takes the keys. You walk to check-in. On your return the car is brought back to the same spot.

Call the team about 20 minutes before you arrive so the driver is in position when you pull in.

Where to go at each terminal

Do not drive to a parking company's office. You meet the driver inside the airport's own car park, on a specific level and row.

  • Terminal 2 - short-stay car park, sat-nav TW6 1EW. Approaching the ramp, keep to the far right lane, follow signs for Level 4 "Off airport parking" and park in Row B.
  • Terminal 3 - short-stay car park, sat-nav TW6 1QG. Follow signs for Level 4 "Off airport parking" and park in Row A or B.
  • Terminal 4 - long-stay car park, sat-nav TW6 3XL. Follow signs for Row A or B.
  • Terminal 5 - short-stay car park, sat-nav TW6 2GA. Take the far left lane to reach Level 4, then park in Row R or S.

Your car returns to the same place on landing, so you do not need to remember a second set of directions.

The airport car park charge is not included

This catches people out, so it is worth stating plainly. Heathrow charges its own short-stay fee for entering and exiting, currently around GBP 8.00 for up to 30 minutes each way. That is set by Heathrow Airport, you pay it at the machine, and it is not part of your booking. Bring a payment method for it.

Your booking covers the Meet & Greet service. Airport charges and tolls are the customer's responsibility.

Collecting your car

Call when you land so your car can be prepared, then call again once you have your bags so it can be dispatched to the terminal car park. Incoming flights are monitored, so an early or delayed arrival is usually already known about.

What to have ready

Your booking reference, the keys, any unusual starting instructions, and payment for the car park fee. Remove valuables before the handover, and do not leave the car unattended while you wait for the driver.

Is Meet & Greet worth it?

It costs more than Park & Ride and it removes the shuttle from both ends of the trip. If you are travelling with small children, a lot of luggage, or a tight connection, the time saved is the point. If budget matters more than the twenty minutes, Park & Ride is the better buy.
