Park & Ride at Luton
You drive to the compound, park in a marked bay and keep your own keys. A shuttle runs between the car park and the terminal, usually taking around ten minutes. Your car stays where you left it, under CCTV, for the whole trip.
It suits travellers who are not in a rush and do not mind a short transfer at each end.
Meet & Greet at Luton
You drive to the terminal and hand your keys to an insured, vetted driver, who parks the car in a secure compound. On your return the car comes back to you at the terminal. No shuttle, no waiting around with luggage and children.

Luton has one terminal
Unlike Heathrow, Luton operates a single passenger terminal, so there is no terminal to choose and no risk of a driver waiting at the wrong one. You will still be asked for your flight number so your return can be tracked.
How early should I arrive?
Call the car park roughly 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive so someone can meet you. For Park & Ride, allow around ten minutes for the shuttle on top of your usual check-in time. For Meet & Greet, the handover itself takes a few minutes.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Incoming flights are monitored, so a delay or cancellation is normally picked up before you land and your return time is adjusted. Call when you have landed, and again once you have collected your bags.
Can I cancel a Luton parking booking?
Cancellation cover is available at checkout for GBP 2.00. Notice periods are set by each operator and shown in the terms on the car park you choose, so read those before you pay rather than after.
