Holiday, Airport Parking & Transfer in One Booking
You can book a holiday and your airport parking or transfer on one urbook booking – one payment, one reference, one place to manage it. Here is how it works for a Nepal trek from Heathrow, with today's parking prices.
27 September 2026
Can you book a holiday and airport parking together?
Yes. On urbook every holiday package has the option to add airport parking, Park, Sleep & Fly or a door-to-door transfer, and it all sits on one booking with one reference. Many holiday websites send you off to a separate parking website instead, so you end up with two bookings, two logins and two sets of terms.
urbook's holiday packages are listed from London Heathrow. You pick the trip first, then choose how you get to the airport, and you manage the whole thing in one place. That is the idea behind the name: urbook – your booking, sorted in one place.
What holiday packages can you add parking or a transfer to?
Every package on the urbook holidays page carries the "Add Parking or Transfer" option. Today that covers trips to Nepal, Sri Lanka and Kerala in South India, run by licensed local operators.
If you are planning a trek, the Nepal list is the longest. It includes:
- Everest Base Camp Trek – 14 nights, trek lodges, domestic flights, trek guide and permits
- Annapurna Base Camp Trek – 9 nights, trek lodges, transport, trek guide and permits
- Kathmandu, Pokhara and Annapurna Foothills – 12 nights, with a cultural show and lake boating
- Muktinath and Poon Hill – 7 nights, full board, with the Poon Hill trek
- Upper Mustang, the Kingdom of Lo – 12 nights by 4x4 to Lo Manthang, permit included
- Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour – a 4–5 hour day trip with a Kala Patthar landing, for anyone short on time
There are gentler options too, such as Kathmandu and Pokhara (5 nights) or Explore Kathmandu (3 nights), plus Sri Lanka tours from 6 to 11 nights and the 5-night Kerala Highlights tour. Prices are per person in pounds and are fixed when you book, so they don't move if exchange rates change.
How does one booking for holiday and parking work?
You choose the package, add parking or a transfer at checkout, and pay once. Everything shares a single booking reference.
- Pick your trip on /holidays-flights and check what the package includes (nights, meals, guide, permits).
- Add the airport part: parking at Heathrow, Park, Sleep & Fly for an early flight, or a transfer from your home.
- Pay once. One confirmation, one reference.
- 48 hours before you go, your holiday details and any parking or transfer appear together in your urbook booking portal (My Booking).
- On the day, a transfer driver waits at your address at the agreed time; with parking you drive to the address on your parking confirmation, not the terminal, unless you booked Meet & Greet.
One thing to know before you book: because it is one booking, cancelling it cancels every service on it. The holiday itself follows the tour operator's booking conditions, which are shown on your confirmation.
Parking or a transfer: which suits a trekking trip?
For a solo trekker or a couple on a longer trip, parking is often the simpler choice; for a group of friends sharing kit bags, a transfer for up to 8 people can make more sense. The table sets out the options urbook lists at Heathrow.
| Option | How it works | Best for | urbook price (Heathrow, 27 Sept 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Park & Ride | Park off-airport, then take the hotel shuttle or bus to the terminal (routes are on your confirmation) | Keeping costs down on a long trek | 5 options, from £54.19 for 7 days |
| Meet & Greet | Hand your keys to a driver at the terminal car park and walk in | Heavy rucksacks, tight connections | 4 options, from £62.99 for 7 days |
| Park, Sleep & Fly | A hotel night the evening before, with parking and a transfer to the terminal | Early-morning departures | Price shown for your dates |
| Airport transfer | Fixed-price, door-to-door car, flight monitored, vehicles for 2–8 passengers | Groups and anyone without a car | Priced by your postcode |
urbook lists 11 Heathrow parking options, from £54.19 for 7 days as of 27 September 2026 (prices change daily; longer trips cost more, and you see the exact price for your dates before you pay). A Nepal trek usually runs longer than a week once you add flying days, so check the full length of your trip when you enter your dates. Our Meet & Greet vs Park & Ride guide goes into the choice in more detail.
How urbook checks its holiday partners
Before a holiday partner goes live on urbook, we check its licence and that it is eligible to operate, and we sign a memorandum with it. That applies to every holiday partner on the site.
For a big, once-in-a-while trip like a trek to Everest Base Camp, that matters: you are trusting a company on the other side of the world with your time and money. urbook acts as the booking agent; the trip is run by the operator named on your confirmation, under its own booking conditions.
When is the best time to book a Nepal trek with parking?
Autumn (roughly October to November) and spring (March to May) are generally the main trekking seasons in Nepal, with clearer mountain views outside the summer monsoon. Book the holiday and the parking together once you know your dates, so the airport part is not left to the last week.
Before you book, check your passport's expiry and issue dates and any visa or health requirements for Nepal; these are your responsibility. Arrive at Heathrow about three hours before a long-haul flight, and use our Heathrow terminal guide to find where to go. If a friend is dropping you off instead, read about the Heathrow drop-off charge first.
What does it cost, and are there extras?
The holiday price is per person and the parking or transfer price is added on top, so you see the full amount before you pay.
- Cancellation Cover can be added to parking at checkout. With it you can cancel online up to 24 hours before drop-off: a full refund more than 5 days before, 50% between 24 hours and 5 days. The cover fee itself is not refunded.
- First booking with urbook? Code URFIRST10 takes £10 off (one code per booking).
- Help: the online help form is open 24/7, and the phone line is open Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00.
Ready to plan it? Browse urbook holiday packages, then add Heathrow parking or a Heathrow transfer on the same booking.
